Why do doctors tell people they are infertile only to find out later they are not.

You know that most doctors are very conservative people by their nature and try to keep on the safe side (scared to overestimate their diagnoses). It is much better to accept when an infertile woman suddenly falls pregnant later that it was a miracle, than promise her she will become pregnant, just in case she does not.

Many natural fertility strategies are not recognized by many medical doctors simply because these strategies will not make them any money. Doctor's get paid for doing what they do: giving out drugs and performing surgical procedures. It is what they have been trained to do for many many years and they were not trained in natural methods.

So, it is understandable why they offer you fertility drugs, then IVF and Intrauterine insemination, Intracystoplasmic Sperm Injection, Zygote Intrafallopian Transfer and the like, it is all they know. I agree that sometimes giving up seems easier than making a dream come true because the emotional pressure of former failures to conceive put you down every time you think of them.

What I would recommend you to do every time you start to get these negative feelings, is to think to yourself that you already have a baby. Imagine how excited you are about nursing your baby in your arms, giving him/her a bath, changing your baby's little clothes or proudly going for a nice walk holding your little darling or pushing a new fancy pram.

Imagine talking to your baby and singing a little song to amuse him/her and getting that happy smile back and a little giggle "Aa-uu, aa-uu" . Imagine bending forward to kiss your babies cheek and little hands reach up exploring your face, you kiss them and get a big giggle back.

Think about the precious moments you will share with your baby and it will inspire you to strive forward to your goal.

And there are many precious moments you will share with your baby but the most precious of all is the intimate time you spend feeding him/her. Can you imagine the joy you will have when the baby first starts to nuzzle into your breast. You help by moving your nipple close to its little mouth until it finds it and starts to suckle?

The pure joy as you watch your baby feeding, sucking furiously at first before settling down to an even pace, before falling asleep still gently holding your nipple in its little mouth.
 
But sometimes your baby will want to play with you during the feed, hugging your breast with her free hand, lifting her leg so her foot nearly touches your face and you kiss her little toes until she gives a little giggle.

These are beautiful, intimate moments. And think of them instead of focusing on your previous experiences.

Old knowledge and old experiences are good but they only resulted in what you have now. When you get new knowledge and new experiences and combine it with your old ones –you definitely will get a new result.
